Dixcart, Sark’s oldest Hotel and once a popular haunt for Victor Hugo (of Les Miserables fame) is within easy walking distance of the village and is set in a picturesque and secluded world of its own. The Dixcart Hotel provides bed & breakfast accommodation with 8 character-filled en-suite bedrooms. The main lounge has a real log-fire and cosy atmosphere.

To the front of the Hotel is a small courtyard where you can sit and while away your time in the sun. To the rear of the Hotel are gardens and the whole area is surrounded by tranquil woodlands and meadows with a pathway down to the secluded Dixcart Bay.
